- ProductsOne-time sales of a course, ticket, mentoring session or material. The fields on each tab, price and installments, payment methods, who pays the fee, stock, post-purchase, how to unlock a space with the purchase, and where the product is sold.
- PlansA plan is a subscription tier. It groups billing options (Monthly, Annual), says what the member gets, unlocks spaces, takes add-ons, and has its own address to share.
- Billing optionsThe recurring ways to pay for a plan (Monthly, Annual in installments, Weekly, Daily), with price, payment methods, who pays the fee, free trial, cancellation and contract length.
- Add-onsExtras only plan holders can buy, sold with the plan in a single payment or added later at a prorated price, and that follow the plan when it's past due, paused or canceled.
- Contract lengthA minimum term for the monthly option (3, 6 or 12 months, or another length up to 36), billed month by month. What happens when a subscriber cancels partway through, who can end it early, and how the contract renews.
- Annual in installmentsThe whole year in a single purchase, in up to 12 card installments or paid in full by PIX or boleto. How to set it up, what the buyer sees, how it renews and cancels, and who pays the installment interest.
- CouponsDiscount codes as a percentage or a fixed amount, for the first charge, forever or for N months, with a validity period, a usage limit and applicable products. How the discount works at checkout and on renewals, and the messages buyers can see.
- DownsellThe discounted last chance, after payment, for each add-on the person didn't take. How to set up offers, when they appear, how long they last, how the discount carries into renewals, and how to measure it.
