Content

A space for posts and articles in text, image or video, with a cover, tags, a page of their own, comments and reactions. Who publishes, how to format, image limits and how to import from Substack.

The Content module is the place for texts that stay: articles, guides, tutorials, long announcements, posts with photos or video. Each item has its own page, with comments and reactions, and also shows up in the Feed of whoever can see it.

Step by step

Publish

Role: whoever the space lets post.

  1. Open the space and click Create Content.
  2. Choose the Content type: Text, Image or Video.
  3. Fill in the Title and the content (the text, the images with the caption, or the Video URL with the description).
  4. If you like, Tags (Enter, comma or space adds them) and the Cover Image.
  5. Publish.

Edit or delete

In the item's menu, Edit content ("Make the necessary changes to your content.") or Delete content. Deleting removes the text and the media.

Examples

An open blog that turns into sign-ups. A Blog space (Public, Admins) in a public section. Visitors read; to comment, they need to sign in, and open sign-up does the rest.

Company announcements. An Announcements space (Members, Staff). Everyone reads and comments; only HR and leadership post.

Course materials. A Materials space in the Student area (Private, by plan). Each lesson gets a post with the summary and the links.

Importing from Substack

If you already publish on Substack, you can bring the posts into a Content space through the API: POST /api/import/substack, owner and admin only. See Import.
