Zapier, Make and n8n
The Via webhook shortcuts in Ready-made integrations: the card opens the New webhook form pre-filled, with each tool's guide. Where to create the URL in Zapier, Make and n8n and what arrives.
Zapier, Make and n8n show up in Integrations with the Via webhook badge. They are not separate apps: the card opens the New webhook form pre-filled with the tool's name and its guide. From then on it is a webhook like any other, with the full, signed event, and the tool takes it to thousands of apps (spreadsheet, e-mail, CRM, WhatsApp).
Role: owner and admin.
Create the URL in the tool
| Tool | Where | The URL looks like |
|---|---|---|
| Zapier | Create a Zap with the Webhooks by Zapier › Catch Hook trigger and copy the URL | https://hooks.zapier.com/hooks/catch/123456/abcdef/ |
| Make | Create a scenario with the Webhooks › Custom webhook module and copy the URL | https://hook.us1.make.com/abcdefghijklmnop |
| n8n | Add the Webhook node (POST method) and copy the production URL | https://n8n.memberfy.net/webhook/memberfy |
In n8n, the test URL only works with the workflow open in test mode; activate the workflow and use the production one.
Create the webhook
- In Settings › Integrations and APIs › Integrations, click the tool's card (Create webhook).
- The form opens with "How to connect …", a sample URL and the description already set to the tool's name.
- Paste the URL, check the events and, if you like, Send from fixed IPs.
- Click Create webhook and keep the secret (
whsec_…), if your automation will verify the signature. - In the webhook's detail, click Send test: the tool receives the
pingand shows the fields for you to map.
The webhook shows up in the Webhooks tab, not in Integrations. To edit, test, disable or see deliveries, open it there.
What arrives
The whole event, with the person's name and e-mail and the data of the product, event or course, in the format of Webhooks for integrators. The fields of each event are in Webhook events. Unlike the Discord, Slack and Telegram messages, the e-mail goes here: use only a tool you trust.
