- DashboardThe team screen with the community's day in one place - four indicators compared with the previous week, the pending actions (with approve and reject for moderation right there), the week-over-week chart, presence by hour, upcoming bookings, expected visitors and money. Who sees it, what each number means and when it updates.
- Invite membersThe ways to bring people into the community (email invite, spreadsheet, New Member and open sign-up), who can invite and with which role, groups and tags on the way in, the result for each email, and the care to take with consent.
- Import members from a spreadsheetHow to bring a list of people from any .xlsx or .csv spreadsheet into the community - origin, file, columns, groups and tags, consent, summary and report -, what each person gets by email and how they decline the invite.
- Invitation and member import policyWho you may invite or import into the community, what is forbidden, how an invited person declines or reports, and how Memberfy applies warnings, strikes and consequences.
- Manage membersThe member list, filters and search, editing someone's profile, changing their role, adding tags and groups, removing someone from the community, and the rules about who can change whom.
- Handle an erasure requestHow the owner and the admin erase a member's data at their request, from the member's edit window, who can erase whom, the required reason, the case of someone without a password, and the difference between removing and erasing.
- Your profileThe member page, with its own link (/_/members/{id}) - the preview that opens when you click a name, the About, Background, Experience, Certificates, Badges, Activity and Credits sections, the Organization area (leader, direct reports and groups), editing the cover, company, country, languages, links and experience, privacy per section (Public, Members or Private) within the community's limit, Share and the optional public page.
- Delete your accountHow to request the deletion of your account in a community in My Account › Privacy, the effective date (30 days or the end of the paid period), what happens until then, how to cancel, and what goes and what stays.
- Download your dataHow to request, in My Account › Privacy, a ZIP file with what the community keeps about you, what comes in it (including the access record of the last 6 months), the e-mail with the link, the 72-hour window, the limit of one request every 24 hours and the request made by the team on your behalf.
- Custom fieldsThe extra registration details of members (company, job title, city, ticket type, interests) - types, multiple choice with a minimum and maximum, required, the member list filter, workflow conditions, who sees and who edits them, what shows on the member page, the request to complete registration on the next visit and the variable in campaigns.
- TagsFree-form labels on profiles to organize and filter members, with a name and a color. How to add, rename, merge and delete them, the limits, the automatic speaker tag, and the difference between a tag and a group.
- Groups and org chartGroups split the community into classes, teams and departments; they can nest inside each other, have a leader, be everyone's default group and open spaces. The org chart shows who reports to whom.
- CompaniesThe community's companies, with each one's team and, in a coworking, the residence type, the plans and products the company can buy, the billing details and the dates. The company subscribes and pays with its CNPJ, access covers the whole team and the credits sit in a company wallet; the company admin buys, pays and invites colleagues in My company.
- GamificationThe Gamification section in Members, for the owner and admins. How to turn the community's points on and off, how much each action is worth, the levels with minimum points and weekly activity, when someone moves up and when they move down, and how it differs from the Overall engagement.
- EngagementThe Engagement page, under Administration, for the team. The period's numbers compared with the previous one, activity per day, the most engaged and the statement of every activity, with filters, links and CSV export. And badges - creating them, giving them by hand, on course completion or event check-in and by workflow, public or private - and the profile with points, level, badges and certificates.
- MessagesReal-time chat between community members, in two-person conversations. It opens from your photo at the top, in a panel with your status (Available, Away, Busy or Unavailable), Conversations and People, Free or Add first (connections with Add, Accept and Decline), the notifications bell, typing, Read receipts, deleting, blocking, e-mail notices and privacy: only the two people read the conversation, never the team. On every plan.
- AnalyticsThe Analytics page, under Administration. Who is in the community right now, the visits and where they come from, the search engines and AI assistants that read the pages, and the seven-step purchase funnel, from visits to payment, with who stopped at each one. What counts as a visit and what is never stored.
- LogsThe Logs page, under Administration. The timeline of everything the community records (team, platform, AI assistant, members, e-mails, imports, financial, moderation and API keys), the filters, the details of each entry, who sees what and what never shows up.
- ModerationWhat the team can do with content and with people (edit, delete, pin, remove), who can do what, the approval queue, and how to set community guidelines that work.
- Community welcomeThe screens a new person sees on their first visit (text, video, rules to accept and profile fields), required or skippable mode, who goes through them, and First steps, with up to 6 missions, points, badges and a congratulations at the end.
- Member referralsEach member gets a referral link; whoever joins through it counts as referred, once, and the team sees who brought whom. Turning it on and off, the rules for when it counts, points, workflows and the report.
