Communauté, section, espace, membre, rôle et visibilité : les pièces et la façon dont elles s’assemblent.
- CommunityThe community is the unit of everything on Memberfy. Address, brand, structure, people and money belong to it, and nothing crosses from one community to another.
- Roles and permissionsMemberfy's access levels (from visitor to owner), who grants each role, how they combine with each space's visibility and rules, and why a button shows up for one person and not for another.
- SectionsA section is the group in the side menu that holds spaces. It has its own name, icon, visibility and access list, and decides what shows up first when someone comes in.
- SpacesA space is the area where things happen: it lives inside a section, has a module, and defines who sees it, who creates content and what it takes to get in.
- ModulesThe module is a space's type. From Feed to Time Tracking, what each one does, who creates content in it and when to use it.
- Compte et profilDans chaque communauté, vous êtes un membre. Le compte, c’est la façon dont vous vous connectez et apparaissez (nom, photo, e-mail, mot de passe, téléphone et langue) ; le profil, c’est ce que vous êtes là-bas (rôle, nom affiché, bio, tags et points). Rien de tout cela ne passe à une autre communauté.
- Browser and phone notificationsThe community's notifications in the browser and on the phone (Web Push). How to turn them on, install on the iPhone, unblock them in each browser, choose what arrives, show or hide the text, see and remove devices, and what happens to your data.
- Who is here and team editingThe faces at the top of each screen show who else is there; in the editors, the "is also editing" and "saved changes" notices, and the "Someone else saved before you" window, which keeps one save from wiping out another person's without warning.
- Improve with AIThe Improve with AI icon on the app's long text fields. AI reviews what you wrote, keeps the language and the formatting and shows the before and after; the field only changes if you use the new text, and the text is not stored. On every plan.
- Visibility and accessWho sees each section and each space (public, members, subscribers or private), how the access list by group, product and plan works, how section and space combine and what people without access see, with or without a padlock.
- GlossaryMemberfy's terms in one line each, with the name they have on screen and in the API.
- How long data is keptThe retention period for guest data and closed parcels in each Attendance and Parcels space (6 to 60 months, 12 by default), the 7-day rule for shortening it, the activity log after 2 years and what this rule does not cover, the 6-month access record (Brazil's Marco Civil da Internet) and the legal periods for payments, payee verification, time tracking and contact.
