Store
A space that shows and sells what the community has — standalone products, plans and add-ons — with everything active or only the chosen ones, in the order you set, and the same access rules as other spaces.
The Store is a type of space that shows what the community sells: a course, a ticket, a set of materials, a plan, a plan extension. Whoever sees the store picks, pays right there, and never leaves the community.
What it's for
| Community | Store |
|---|---|
| Online school | Standalone courses: the courses you buy once |
| Association | Tickets: the conference and the workshops |
| Company HR | Gifts: the benefits store, for employees |
| SaaS | Extensions: only for plan subscribers |
How it works
Two ways to set it up
| Mode | What the store shows |
|---|---|
| All active products | Every active product in the community. A new product joins on its own once it's activated |
| Chosen products | Only the checked products, in the order they were checked |
A new store starts in All active products mode. A draft or inactive product never shows, not even when it's checked: it joins the store once it's activated.
What the store shows
The store follows the order in which a buyer decides: first how buying works there, then the featured item, then a plan, then what extends the plan, and finally what is bought once.
1. How buying works here. A strip at the top explains, in one line each, the kinds of item the store has (only those it lists): Subscription ("Ongoing access while it is active, billed on a recurring basis."), Add-on ("Extends a plan you already have, added to your monthly fee.") and Product ("A one-time purchase: it is yours, paid in full or in installments."). The strip is always shown: it cannot be closed.
2. The featured item. The one-time product with Feature in the store turned on (the first one that is not sold out; if there is none, the first featured add-on) opens the store in a large card, with the image on one side and the kind, name, description, price and button on the other. It leaves its group so it does not appear twice. A store with a single item has no featured card.
3. Plans — "Subscribe for ongoing access." Each plan appears once, as a pricing card:
- Recommended, at the top of the card, when one of the plan's billing options has Feature in the store turned on. With three plans and one recommended, it sits in the middle.
- Billing: Monthly | Yearly, in the group heading, when the plans bill both monthly and yearly. Yearly carries a tag with the saving against monthly, the same calculation as checkout: "−17%" when every plan saves the same, "up to −20%" (the largest) when they save differently; no saving, no tag. The store opens on the cheaper option (Yearly, when it has a saving); the choice switches the price on every card and stays in the address (
?billing=). A plan with no yearly option keeps its monthly price, with "No yearly option: billed monthly". Without the toggle, a plan with several options shows "from" and its lowest price. - On Yearly, the card shows the price the way the plan's checkout does: in large type, "12× R$ X" on the card (the option's maximum number of installments), with "interest-free on your card" or "on your card (total R$ Y)" when the buyer pays the interest; and the savings tag, which says where the saving applies: "Save 17%" when the card saves the same, "Save 17% with PIX or boleto" (or "with PIX", "with boleto", depending on the accepted methods) when the installments carry interest, and "Save 17% paying in full by card" on a card-only option. The tag already states the up-front amount; with no tag, the card shows "PIX or boleto: R$ Z up front". A yearly option without installments shows the year's price ("R$ Z per year") and "R$ X per month equivalent". See Annual in installments.
- Unlocks N spaces, under the name, when there are two plans or more: how many spaces the plan opens (see the block below).
- Below the price, how billing works: Renews automatically or the contract term ("12-month contract, billed monthly"). See Contract length.
- N days free, when the option has a trial period.
- The plan's description becomes a list of benefits, one line per item (a leading
-or•is dropped). The billing option's image, when there is one, becomes the card's cover, whole, in 16:9. - The Subscribe button (or a click on the card) opens the plan page on the chosen billing, where the buyer confirms the option and the add-ons. For someone who already subscribes to a plan, the button opens the plan change instead of the checkout, already on the card's plan and billing.
How many fit in a row depends on how many plans there are: one plan has its card on the right, with the toggle and the benefits inside it, and on the left the "What {plan} unlocks" block: the spaces the plan opens (up to 6, each with its icon and link; then "and N more"). Two sit side by side, centered; three or more sit in a single row that scrolls sideways when it does not fit, with arrows above it: the arrow on the side with no more cards is grayed out, and the side that still has cards fades; four sit four in a row on a wide screen and two per row on smaller ones. The plan name stays on one line: a long name ends in an ellipsis, and the full name shows on hover.
The spaces a plan unlocks are the ones granted to the plan or to one of its billing options on sale, including those of a section granted to the plan (the section's spaces the subscriber then opens). Only those the viewer sees in the menu (open or padlocked) are listed, in menu order; a hidden or administration-only space never shows. When the store does not know what the plan opens, the left block becomes "How the subscription works": Ongoing access ("Everything the plan includes, while the subscription is active."), Renews automatically ("You are billed each period, with nothing to do on your side.") and Instant access ("Unlocked right after payment is confirmed."). With a single plan, the card has no Recommended tag.
4. Add-ons — "Extras for people who already have a plan." Each add-on is a quieter card than a plan's, with the image (or the add-on icon), the name and the short description. On a large screen they sit two per row, each half the width. The price reads as an increment: "+ R$ X per month, added to your plan". With the toggle on Yearly, the add-on shows what the plan's yearly option charges for it, the same amount checkout adds: "+ R$ X per year, added to your plan" · "R$ Y per month equivalent"; if the plan does not sell the add-on yearly, the monthly price stays, with "No yearly option: billed monthly". The card states how it relates to the viewer's plan, and the button follows:
| Viewer | What the card shows | Button |
|---|---|---|
| Already has the add-on | — | "You already have it" (no button) |
| Has a plan that takes the add-on | Available on your plan | Add to plan (added to the subscription, prorated) |
| Has a plan that does not take it | Requires the X plan or Requires one of these plans: … | Upgrade: opens the plan change on a plan that takes the add-on, with it already checked, in a single charge |
| Has no plan | Requires the X plan or Requires one of these plans: … | Subscribe to plan (opens the plan page) |
Add-ons the viewer can add now come first, then those that need a plan change and those that need a subscription; the ones already owned come last. Clicking the card opens the details, as with a product: the images, the price, About this product and the line "Add-on of the X plan", with the same button. An add-on is never bought on its own in the store: only together with the plan or added to the subscription you already have. See Add-ons.
5. Products — "Buy once, it is yours." One-time and installment products appear as catalog cards: the image, the name, the description, the price with "single payment · up to Nx" (the product's maximum installments), the accepted payment methods (PIX, Card, Boleto) and the Buy button (on a free product, Get it free). A card without an image shows the name's initial on a cover in the community's color, so the grid stays aligned. A product alone in its group takes the full width.
Filters. With more than 6 items of more than one kind, All · Plans · Add-ons · Products appear at the top, each with its count. The chosen filter stays in the address (?type=); with one kind chosen, the featured card goes away and the store shows only that group.
Team only, above everything: "Showing the N chosen items." (or "Showing every active product of the community."), with the Edit selection link. The Choose products button sits in the store's header. Both open the product selection.
On a phone, the cards (plans included) take the full width, one below the other, in the same order.
Images. Product, plan and add-on images show whole, in 16:9, the same ratio as the upload (2000×1125 px recommended; see Products). On the featured card, on a wide screen, the image takes 40% of the card, flush with its edge.
What goes in is decided by the store's mode, across the selector's three groups:
| Group | What goes in |
|---|---|
| Plans | Each plan once. A billing option never shows as a card of its own: the plan page is where the option is chosen |
| Add-ons | The add-ons (billing options marked as add-on), with the viewer's state |
| Products | One-time and installment products, which require no plan. They are bought in the product window, as always |
Featured products
A one-time product or an add-on with Feature in the store turned on gets the Featured badge on the card and in the details, and the first of them becomes the featured card at the top of the store. On a plan's billing option, the same switch gives the plan the Recommended badge. In a store set to All active products, featured items come first within their group; in a store set to Chosen products, the order you checked stays. The switch is in the product form (General tab, right after Sell by direct link) and in the billing option's form; in the Monetization tables, a featured product shows the Featured badge. See Products.
The product card
Clicking the card opens the product details: the images, the price, the installments, the payment methods and About this product. From there the person clicks Buy to pay, or Copy link to send the product to someone ("Link copied").
Sold-out product
On a product with Control Stock?, the unit is reserved as soon as the order is placed. When the units run out, the card shows the Sold out badge, and the details replace the Buy button with "Sold out" and "There are no units of this product left.". The same applies in the direct-link catalog (/products) and in the purchase window, and checkout refuses the purchase. Admins see, in Monetization › Products, how many units are left ("N available") or Sold out. See Products.
Who sees and who buys
- The store follows visibility like any space: a subscribers' store only appears to subscribers. Anyone without access sees "This space is restricted".
- Whoever sees the store can buy what it shows, even if the product's direct link is turned off.
- A one-time product (single payment or installments) can only be bought in a store the person can see or through its direct link. Otherwise, checkout refuses it: "This product is not available for purchase here. Look for it in the community store." See Products.
- An add-on is never sold alone: only together with the plan or summed to the current subscription. Checkout refuses an add-on as the main product: "This add-on can only be bought through its plan: together with the plan subscription or added to your current subscription."
- A billing option only exists inside a plan. An option outside every plan is not for sale: "This billing option is not in any plan and is not for sale." See Billing options.
- In a public store, someone who isn't signed in sees the products but has to sign in to pay.
Who can
Create and configure the store: owner and admin. Buy: whoever sees the store.
Step by step: create a store
Role: owner or admin.
In the community menu, in the section where the store will go, click Add Space.
In the Create Space window, choose Store and click Next.
Fill in Title, Description and Visibility (Public, Members, Subscribers or Private) and click Next.
In step 3, Storefront, choose what the store shows: All active products (the default) or Chosen products.
With Chosen products, check the items in the list, which comes in three groups: Products, Plans and Add-ons. The order you check them in is the order they appear in, and the number next to each one is its position in the store. A billing option never shows on its own: what enters the store is its plan.
Click Create Space.
With Chosen products and nothing checked, the window warns "Check at least one product, or show all active products." If the community has no active products yet, the window suggests showing all for now: each product joins the store once it is activated. You can change the choice later, in the store itself.
If the product selection isn't saved, the store is still created and the window warns "The store was created, but the product selection was not saved": for now it shows all active products. Click Choose products to save the selection again.
Step by step: choose the products
Role: owner or admin.
- Open the store and click Choose products, at the top of the page.
- In the What this store shows window, choose All active products or Chosen products.
- With Chosen products, check the items in the order you want them to appear, in the picker's three groups: Products, Plans (the whole plan: picking the plan picks all of its options, and no option shows on its own to be checked) and Add-ons. A Link only plan is marked "Link only: hidden from the Store": it stays in the selection, but doesn't show in the storefront. The number next to each item is its position in the store. To change the order, uncheck and check again.
- Click Save.
Above the products, only whoever configures the store sees a note with the current mode: "Showing every active product of the community." or "Showing the 2 chosen items.", with the Edit selection link. A store in Chosen products with nothing checked is empty, and the note says so. If an old selection had a billing option checked on its own, the store now shows that option's plan, and the note counts: "N item(s) no longer show because they are billing options outside a plan."
Step by step: buy in the store
Role: whoever sees the store.
- Open the store and click the product. The details open; click Buy. (On a plan, Subscribe opens the plan page on the chosen billing; on an add-on, the button for its state applies.)
- In the product window, choose how to pay (PIX, Card or Boleto, whichever the product accepts) and fill in Your details. If you have a coupon, use I have a coupon.
- Check the summary: the product, the Platform fee when the community passes the fee on to the buyer, and the Total.
- Click Buy and follow the PIX, boleto or card instructions.
See Checkout and Platform fee.
Example
Extensions for subscribers only. An Extensions store with Subscribers visibility and Chosen products mode, with Planning & HR Extension first and Coworking Extension second. A subscriber opens the store and buys the extension in the product window. A non-subscriber sees "This space is restricted" and so can't buy the extensions.

| The product shows as Sold out | The units ran out | Increase the quantity in Control Stock?. See Products |
| The Choose products button doesn't show | Only the owner and the admin configure the store | Ask one of them |
| A member sees "This space is restricted" | The store's visibility doesn't include that person | Change the space's visibility. See Visibility and access |
E-mail notice
When you publish a product that shows in a store, the team sees the Notify by e-mail · N people box, checked by default: 10 minutes later, whoever has access to the space and kept the Store news category on gets an e-mail. It goes out once per item; editing or publishing again doesn't resend. See New content notices by e-mail.
In the API
GET/PUT /api/storefront/spaces/{spaceId} (mode: all or selected; productIds, the products and add-ons; planIds, the plans — a billing option on its own is refused) and GET /api/storefront/spaces/{spaceId}/products, which returns the three groups — products, plans (each plan once, with the lowest price and its options, each with billingInterval, commitmentMonths, trialDays, isHighlighted and the images, and unlocks, the spaces the plan opens that the viewer sees in the menu) and addOns (each add-on with the viewer's state: owned, add, upgrade or subscribe). See Storefront.
