Endpoint descriptions come straight from the API specification and are in Portuguese for now. The interface around them is translated.
Só owner e admin. Uma vez por versão do texto; o aceite (quem, quando, versão) entra na auditoria (`DATA_NOTICE_ACCEPTED`). `version` diferente da atual: 409.
