Endpoint descriptions come straight from the API specification and are in Portuguese for now. The interface around them is translated.

Só owner e admin. O valor é apagado na hora (o registro fica para a auditoria; o nome fica livre). Um nó que ainda o use cai na saída de erro com `secretUnavailable`.
