X-CommunityIdSend the X-CommunityId of the community the operation happens in.
Endpoint descriptions come straight from the API specification and are in Portuguese for now. The interface around them is translated.
Autenticação opcional: sem login, só eventos públicos; com login, os da comunidade do `X-CommunityId` que a pessoa pode ver. Cada evento traz `issuesCertificate` (o evento emite certificado agora) e, **só para owner, admin e SuperAdmin**, o bloco `certificate` (`EventCertificateConfig`). As colunas internas do certificado não saem.
