## Goals & OKRs

**What it is.** A new space module, in the **Planning & HR** tab of **Add Space**, for the community's objectives and key results: the company sets its objectives, each group aligns to them and each person aligns to their group's, in a tree. Key results come in four types, with weight and owner, and progress comes from check-ins, with a status light and a reminder. See [Goals & OKRs](/espacos/metas-e-okrs).

**Getting started.** The owner or an admin creates the space and the cycle; each owner checks in on their key results in **My KRs**.

## 1:1

**What it is.** A new space module, in the **Planning & HR** tab, for the recurring series of meetings between a direct leader and each direct report: an agenda for both, notes shared or private, agreements that can go into the [Development Plan](/espacos/pdi), a calendar invite and a reminder 24 hours before. HR and the indirect leader only see adherence. See [1:1](/espacos/1-1).

## Performance Review

**What it is.** A new space module, in the **Planning & HR** tab, for performance reviews in 90°, 180° or 360° cycles: the team builds the cycle, Memberfy assigns who reviews whom from the org chart, each person answers at their own pace, the rating is calculated on closing, the leader sees their team's results and, when the team releases them, each person sees their own. See [Performance Review](/espacos/performance-review).

Peer nomination, calibration, the 9-box and the matrix already work through the assistant and the API; their screens come to the dashboard next. See [Performance Review › Peer nomination, calibration, 9-box and matrix](/espacos/performance-review#peer-nomination-calibration-9-box-and-matrix).

## Recurring survey and heat map

**What it is.** A survey can repeat on its own (weekly, every two weeks, monthly or quarterly), one round at a time with the evolution between them, and an identified survey gets the **Heat map**, by group, tag or company, with the change against the previous round and a CSV. For anonymous surveys, the map is not available yet. See [Surveys › Recurring survey and heat map](/espacos/pesquisas#recurring-survey-and-heat-map).

## Questions on event registration

**What it is.** An event can ask what the team needs to know about whoever is going (company, job title, T-shirt size, a document), with the Forms fields and the new **Document (CPF or passport)**. On a free event, **Going** opens the questions with the profile already filled in; the person edits their answers until the start, the team and the organizers see everything in a list with CSV, and the marked answers show at the door. See [Events › Registration questions](/espacos/eventos#registration-questions).

**Where it is.** The **Questions** button, in the event bar.

## Lesson player

**What it is.** Lessons get **Previous lesson** and **Next lesson** at the edges, **Complete lesson**, automatic completion when the video ends (uploaded video, Drop, YouTube and Vimeo) and resuming where the student stopped (*"Continuing from 04:32"*, with **Start over**). See [Courses › Taking the lesson](/espacos/cursos#taking-the-lesson).

**Lesson ratings.** Students give 1 to 5 stars, with an optional comment. The team sees the average, the distribution and the comments in the course's **Ratings** tab; with **Show the rating average to students**, students see the average too.

## Improvements

- **Monthly AI quotas by plan.** Each plan has its own transcription minutes and AI uses per month (Starter 120 minutes and 1,000 uses; Growth 600 and 5,000; Business 2,000 and 20,000; Scale 6,000 and 50,000), counting the whole community, the team included, and the **AI usage this month** card, in **Settings › Plan**, shows the usage. See [Plan and extensions](/configuracoes/plano#plan-quotas).
- **Higher transcription limits.** For the AI-written Drop text, a member goes from 10 to **30 transcriptions** and from 30 to **120 minutes of audio a day**; the owner, admin and moderator no longer have a daily limit. The community has a monthly quota of transcription minutes, high enough not to block anyone. See [Drops](/espacos/drops#text-written-by-ai).
- **A 100% coupon shows as free in the price quote.** Before, checkout could show an amount to pay until confirmation; now an order a coupon brings to zero shows as free from the quote, just as it will be charged.
- **Events module tabs translated.** The Events space filters show in each person's language.
- **New security controls.**

## For developers

### API

- `POST /api/ai/drop-description` returns `429` when the community's monthly quota is reached; the plan variable `ai.transcriptionMinutesPerMonth` (default 6,000) joins the catalog.
- **Goals & OKRs, 1:1, Performance Review and recurring surveys:** new routes in the [API reference](/api/referencia).
- **Registration questions:** `GET`/`PUT /api/events/{id}/registration-questions`, `GET`/`PUT /api/events/{id}/my-registration`, `GET /api/events/{id}/registrations` and `/registrations/export`; the `DOCUMENT` field type in Forms.
- **Webhooks:** `event.registered` carries the registration answers in `registration`. See [Webhook events](/api/eventos-de-webhook).

### MCP: technical details
